Your Bio

I've been taking pictures since ~1950. Film was the only choice at the time. Later, Polaroid "instant pictures" were introduced and were a lot of fun, but proved to be only a novelty. Many years later digital cameras entered the market place. They quickly improved as they moved from 1 MP to 5MP, 12 MP and beyond. I switched from film to digital in 1999. My favorite film camera was the Canon A1 SLR with 35-105mm lens. Best sub-compact digital cameras (IMHO) are the Fuji F31fd and the Casio Z750. I usually have one or the other with me at all times. In September 2007 I purchased the Fuji S8000fd that has a 18x Zoom, 8MP, Super Macro, uses 4 AA batteries etc., and I am currently working thru the learning curve. My personal score for the Fuji S8000fd is 9.6 out of 10 - and that's pretty good for any product.

Sponge Bob low light pictures : There are a total of 12 pictures. All were taken in a room with a 100 watt bulb. Camera was on a tripod, 10 second timer was used, White Balance and Focus was set to Auto. The first picture (DSCF with 4 digit number) is the way it came out of the camera, the second picture has text added and was saved once, and the third picture was edited by adjusting the Exposure and Contrast, applying Noise Reduction, and saved once.
